Our main product is a vacuum distillation technology called VacuDry®. Wherever oil is produced, processed, transported or stored, our clients face oily waste in many different forms. Our VacuDry® technology allows efficient and environmentally friendly treatment of all oily waste streams within a single plant. With the VacuDry® 1 500, the innovative VacuDry® technology is now available as a fully mobile unit. This incredibly flexible design consists of pre-assembled, containerized and skid-mounted modules that can be easily transported and put into operation. After one project is successfully completed, the mobile VacuDry® unit can be moved easily to the next project.
The econ High Temperature Treatment Unit (HTTU) is a continuous process designed for the treatment of catalysts and activated carbon contaminated with mercury, mercury sulphide (HgS), sulphur, and hydrocarbans. The HTTU uses a directly fired thermal oxidation technology for the high temperature (700 - 1000° C) destruction of mercury compounds and oxidation of sulphur and hydrocarbons. During the process, the material is continously mixed to ensure homogenous quality.
