At ADIPEC 2021 the Liebherr Group is presenting 2 divisions: Maritime Cranes and Measurement Systems / Sensor Technologies.
Maritime Cranes is a division of the Liebherr Group which specialises in cargo handling solutions for ports as well as for the shipping and offshore industry. Products include ship to shore cranes, mobile harbour cranes, offshore cranes, ship cranes, rubber tyre and rail mounted gantry cranes, reachstackers and straddle carriers.
The series of offshore cranes comprises innovative rope luffing gear cranes. The high technology cranes are offered in a wide range of sizes and are adapted to cater for customer-specific requirements.
Liebherr Measurement Systems completely redesigned sensor concept makes it possible to carry out modern and safe water content measurements in liquids and bulk solids directly during the running process in Ex-protected environmental conditions.

Offshore cranes from Liebherr are used for the construction of offshore wind farms as well as oil and gas platforms, for handling of remote-controlled submarine vehicles or for laying pipelines and telecommunication cables on the seabed. The Liebherr range of products in the offshore area includes heavy lift cranes, rope luffing machines, cranes with hydraulic cylinders or with large diameter bearings. The latest service innovation is Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance (LiMain) which ensures a new level of independence for manned and unmanned platforms regarding maintenance. It offers increased crane availability at lower costs.The Liebherr water content measuring system Litronic WMS II is designed to record the moisture or water content of various media and materials in refineries, on oil platforms, in pipelines, various applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, sludge dewatering, drying, waste incineration and sewage treatment plants.

The autarky sensors for water content determination in the running process guarantees the highest quality and safety in EX-protected production environments, the further processing and refinement of very many emulsions and bulk materials. The modular rod sensor for pipes and tanks is available in various rod lengths and can be used up to 100 bar. Pressure sensor, rectractable fittings are optional. The planar sensors are specially designed for powder&bulk and emulsions uo to 100 bars.
LiMain - Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance
Liebherr Intelligent Maintenance (LiMain) is a new level of independence for manned and unmanned platforms, that offers increased crane availability at lower costs. LiMain is a fully digital, remote and semi-automatic maintenance system, which saves investments and resources for the platform operator.
