Products and Services

Further to the German headquarter manufacturing facilities are located in Brazil, China, India and the US, 30 direct sales offices, over 200 distributors, agents and service partners ensure that NETZSCH is ideally located wherever you are.

The wide product range provides optimum solution for upstream applications:

  • Conventional and unconventional oil production
  • Heavy oil production
  • Dewatering of gas wells
  • Thermal water production
  • Amongst the wide range of mid and downstream solutions there are:
  • NETZSCH multiphase pumps for oil/gas/water mixtures with varying solid contents
  • NETZSCH transfer pumps for pumping from the well to manifolds, gathering stations or over long distances with high pressure.
  • NOTOS® multi screw pumps for tank emptying

NETZSCH pumps are delivered in standard, insertable and submersible versions.

NEMO® multiphase pump

Only very seldom does crude oil arrive at the surface in pure form. Usually it is mixed with water, sand and gas. Conventional pumps require that the gas first be separated from the crude oil. With NETZSCH NEMO® multiphase pumps, this is not an issue.

NEMO® multiphase pumps can be used for crude oil with a gas content of up to 100 percent.

MultiProtector: The Monitoring and Protection Unit
Two of the biggest dangers for displacement pumps are dry running and overpressure. Dry running damages the elastomer of the progressing cavity pump by overheating within a short time. Due to the lack of medium, there is no cooling and lubrication. In addition, positive displacement pumps can briefly deliver more than twice the pressure, which leads to a sudden load on the joints, the drive chain and the gear motor. With the MultiProtector, you can detect possible malfunctions at an early stage and react accordingly. Data on medium temperature, stator temperature, leakage, overpressure, motor voltage and motor temperature are continuously analysed. If a threshold value is exceeded, a warning signal is triggered, or the pump is switched off. Further reading
