FLEXIM’s devices are designed for temperatures from -190 °C to +600 °C and certified for use in potentially explosive areas ATEX (IECEx) zone 1 and 2. They are maintenance-free and suitable for pipes sizes ranging from few millimeters to several meters. Both portable and permanent options are available.

Operational safety and unrivaled performance: The compact and ruggedly designed ATEX/IECEx Zone 1 certified housing of F/G831 ensures that all connections and electronic compartments are hermetically sealed, making it suitable for installation in areas where exposure to gases is possible. The meter is also enabled to receive external intrinsically safe Ex-ia pressure and temperature inputs to make reporting of normalized flow data at standard conditions easy, directly at the meter location.
The WaveInjector thermally separates the ultrasonic transducers from the hot or cryogenic pipe, allowing permanent flow measurements at extreme pipe wall temperatures. Along with the transducers, it’s simply installed on to the outer surface of the pipe. Once installed, the transducers do not suffer from wear and tear of the process fluid, and they create no pressure drop. The FM, CSA and ATEX / IECEx-certified transducers and transmitters are a safeguard in potentially explosive atmospheres.
The FLUXUS G608 portable gas flow meter is covered by ATEX, IECEx and FM certification. The extremely resistant carbon fiber housing, together with the rugged transducer design, ensures a high impact protection as well as resistance against oil, water and many other liquids. The efficient battery management offers over 14 hrs. of remote measurement time. Its application range is unrivaled - from pipes as small as 6 mm up to 2100 mm inner diameter and temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C.
