Our product portfolio covers the entire process of gas measurement and gas analysis. The spectrum ranges from gas sample probes, heated lines, pumps, coolers, filters and (laser) analyzers up to mobile and complete gas conditioning systems, even of larger dimensions.
In-situ Laser Analyzer ILA1-X000-EX
The M&C ILA1-X000-EX In-situ Laser Analyzer measures oxygen (O2) or sulfur dioxide (SO2) in real time and is designed for industrial applications as well as for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It offers high precision, maximum reliability and minimum maintenance.
Sulfur Probe SP2020-H with Smart Controller
M&C’s “Unpluggable Probe” provides a solution to the persistent plugging problems that plague the CEMS application. It is an innovative design to continuously deliver stack sample gas to any CEMS analyzers and for use in severe service applications in hazardous area locations. The integrated heating and blowback system extremely reduces the requirement for maintenance and provides reliable operation.
Gas Sample Probe SP180-H-US
The M&C series SP180-H-US gas sample probe is applicable for continuous gas sampling. Its compact design requires only limited space as it is equipped with a thermally insulated protective cover suitable for direct outdoor mounting. Optionally, the SP180-H-US can be fitted with a fiberglass or stainless-steel enclosure to add NEMA 4X rating, compatibility with customer purge systems, addition of insulation or added protection of optional blowback hardware.
Compressor Gas Cooler ECM
The M&C gas cooler ECM is used in gas analysis to lower the dew point of humid gas to prevent condensation in the analyzer. An extremely stable and low gas dew point minimizes water vapor cross-sensitivity and volumetric errors. The ECM gas cooler is compact, self-controlling and requires only minimum maintenance.
GenTwo Multigas Analyzer V2.4
The Multigas Analyzer of the GenTwo® series is suitable for continuous measurements of gases in gas mixtures. Areas of application are combustion control, process optimization in a wide variety of industries, inertization monitoring, environmental protection or laboratory measurements, all in non-explosive environments.
