About us
The Börger company designs, produces and sells pumps and macerating units worldwide.
The patented rotary lobe pumps convey low to highly viscous and abrasive media. They are available in the series of BLUEline and ONIXline with 25 different sizes and flow rates of 1 to 1,440 m³/h. No matter if stationary, mobile or submerged, all pump components are selected individually according to the requirements of every single application. The units can be manufactured as API-compliant design or according to the European ATEX guidelines (2014/34/EU).
The headquarters of the company is in Germany. Börger has more than 440 members of staff worldwide. The large number of international Börger subsidiaries and the global sales network enable us to supply all our customers very quickly.

Börger rotary lobe pumps are self-priming, valveless, positive displacement pumps. Due to the large selection of different materials, rotors and sealing systems, the pumps can be designed individually for every single application. At ADIPEC, Börger presents its BLUEline Nova rotary lobe pumps as well as the established ONIXline and BLUEline Legend pumps series.
Thanks to their compact design, Börger pumps are ideally suited for use as mobile or submerged pumps.
The pumps, which can be operated in reverse, are extremely powerful, reliable and robust. The MIP (Maintenance in Place) design of the pumps guarantees maximum ease of maintenance.
BLUEline Nova
The BLUEline Nova is the latest generation of our BLUEline Rotary Lobe Pumps. It sets new standards in pump technology. Even high medium temperatures up to 200° Celsius are no problem for our pump.
Tough-version:
For conveying abrasive media containing solids, we have developed the Nova tough. A radial and axial casing protection protects the entire pump casing.
Clean-version:
The “clean” version of the BLUEline Nova has been designed for conveying pure, non-abrasive media. Casing protection is not required.
BLUEline Legend - Powerful and reliable
The BLUEline Legend Rotary Lobe Pump is our proven "continuous runner". With a flow rate of up to 1,440 m³/h, the BLUEline Legend is our most powerful pump. Even high medium temperatures up to 200° Celsius are no problem for our pump.
The highest reliability and the long service life of the pump convince our customers.
ONIXline - High-tech pump for highest requirements
The ONIXline rotary lobe pumps were developed by means of the most advanced flow simulation technology and experience in rotary lobe pump construction from several decades. Even high medium temperatures up to 200° Celsius are no problem for our pump.
The pump stands for gentle, practically pulsation-free pumping with maximized efficiency. The large sealing chamber makes the use of different sealing systems possible.
Mobile pumps
The compact, low-on-space design, unproblematic pumping in slurp operation and the possibility to drive a Börger rotary lobe pump at different speeds for varying flow rates are reasons why our pump is the ideal mobile pump.
