WEICON WPG-19 is a fibre-reinforced, ceramic-filled, 2 component epoxy resin system. It is used as wear protection in industrial applications. The grey coating contains ceramic beads up to two millimetres in size and protects surfaces against erosion and abrasion caused by the impact of coarse particles. The system can be applied with a spatula. It is viscoplastic, highly impact-resistant and extremely resistant to abrasion. It is used for coating and lining various surfaces and components in industrial plants. It is used, for example, to protect gutters, bends, hoppers, tanks, chutes and many other processing systems that are exposed to abrasion and impact.

The scissors can be used for cutting and stripping Cu/Al wires and crimping wire end ferrules from 0.5 - 4 mm². The stainless blades made of high-quality INOX steel are hardened to 55 HRC and therefore very wear-resistant. The fine micro serration of the blades enables flush and slip-free cutting, resulting in a very precise cut. The non-slip 2-component handles made of impact-resistant fibreglass-reinforced plastic ensure safe working.

Because of its curing with residual elasticity, WEICON Contact VA 250 Black is particularly suitable for use in changing climate conditions. It is insensitive even to prolonged exposure to humidity. VA 250 Black is ideally suitable for the bonding of diverse rubber materials such as solid rubber or cellular rubber, plastics and metal/plastic joints. WEICON Contact VA 250 Black can be used in various fields of industry.

WEICON Anti-Seize is high-temperature-resistant and has excellent separating characteristics. Anti-Seize is used as a protection, realease and lubricating agent for highly stressed parts. Ideally compatible solid contents and selected additives enable a wide range of usage. WEICON Anti-Seize protects against corrosion, seizure and wear, stick-slip phenomena, oxidation, fretting corrosion and electrolytic reactions ("cold welding“).

Protecting employees plays a decisive role in industry. Products and auxiliary materials must meet strict regulatory requirements and comply with relevant health and safety standards. Employees who come into contact with these substances should be protected so they can carry out their work without restriction.

For this reason, we have decided to completely revise our threadlocking varnishes and switch from a solvent-based to a water-based formulation. Compared to previous products, the new threadlocking varnishes offer several clear differences.

They are free from organic solvents (VOC-free and HAP-free). Moreover, they are not subject to labelling requirements and are not classified as hazardous substances, which significantly reduces risk during application.

The threadlocking varnishes adhere very well to almost all materials and offer good resistance to chemicals. They are also UV- and weather-resistant for at least 4 years according to DIN EN ISO 2810.

The marking varnishes are non-conductive and have good break characteristics. For a water-based system, the threadlocking varnishes have a fast drying time – they are dust-dry after approx. 10 minutes and fully cured after approx. 12 hours.

The varnishes feature high temperature resistance ranging from -80 °C to +120 °C.

The sealing varnishes are used as removable seals, provide protection against tampering, cover electrically conductive parts and protect against corrosion and contact-related effects. They are indispensable for the visual inspection of screw connections of all kinds. They not only protect against unauthorised manipulation and loosening of screws and joints, but also document quality assurance, production control and product testing using a marking varnish.

The threadlocking varnishes can be used in many areas of industry and trade and are available in red, yellow and green.
