KAMAT GmbH & Co. KG: High-Pressure Plunger Pumps up to 4,000 bar

KAMAT has been manufacturing high-pressure plunger pumps and complete pump units in Witten, Germany, since 1974. The modular range of triplex and quintuplex pumps covers 15 kW to 3,000 kW, pressures up to 4,000 bar and flow rates up to 10,000 l/min, available to API 674, in ATEX design and in vertical installation for compact skids.

For oil and gas, KAMAT supplies units for hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines and components, water and chemical injection, well service, and turnaround services such as heat exchanger and tank cleaning. Pump heads are forged in one piece without coatings, in stainless or duplex steel for seawater and corrosive media; ceramic plungers handle abrasive fluids. Seals are replaced without removing the pump head, without cranes or special tools. Mobile KAMJET units are available as trailer, skid or containerised version with diesel or electric drive; automatic versions save up to 30 percent diesel. KAMAT also builds high-pressure systems for hydrogen testing and for new fuels such as methanol and ammonia.

Service and spare parts in the Gulf region are provided through local KAMAT partners. Made in Germany.

KAMAT: High-Pressure Solutions for the Energy Sector

KAMAT designs and manufactures high-pressure plunger pumps, pump units and accessories for industrial applications up to 4,000 bar and 3,000 kW. The modular system allows each pump to be configured for its duty, with engineering to API 674 on request, and all units are built for maintenance in the field: seals are replaced without removing the pump head, without cranes or special tools.

The triplex and quintuplex plunger pumps cover drive powers from 15 kW to 3,000 kW, pressures up to 4,000 bar and flow rates up to 10,000 l/min (600 m³/h). Pump heads are forged in one piece without coatings, in stainless or duplex steel for seawater and corrosive media; ceramic plungers handle abrasive fluids. Horizontal or vertical installation, diesel or electric drive, ATEX design and ambient temperatures up to 50 °C are covered by the standard range, onshore and offshore.
