Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauges
Bourdon tube pressure gauges are precise instruments designed for measuring pressure in gases, vapors, and liquids. They operate on the principle of elastic deformation of a Bourdon tube. When pressure is applied, the Bourdon tube either expands or contracts, and this movement is translated into a pressure indication on the gauge's scale.
Diaphragm pressure gauges
A thin corrugated membrane is built-in between the two flanges of the diaphragm pressure gauges. If there is pressure applied on one side of the membrane it will deflect itself against the direction of the incoming pressure. This deflection of the diaphragm is a measure for the incoming pressure and is carried over to a gear segment onto the gear of the movement.
Differential pressure gauges
The measuring chamber is separated trough a thin, corrugated metal membrane. Pressure will be the applied to both sides and additionally on one side there will be measuring pressure applied. Through a pass through bellow the bending of the membrane will be transferred to the movement. On the opposite side there will be a compensation to balance out the applied forces.
Diaphragm seals
Diaphragm seals (also called chemical seals) isolate pressure sensors from the process medium.
They protect gauges, transmitters and switches from harmful media by transmitting pressure via a flexible diaphragm and fill fluid.
Correctly installed and filled, they do not affect instrument performance.
Typical uses: extreme conditions, corrosive, viscous, adhesive or solidifying media, material incompatibility, or difficult process connections.
Pressure gauge repair service
Our Pressure Gauge Repair Service will be able to take care of your pressure gauges and also contact pressure gauges from all brands with qualified personnel and according to ISO 9001 guidelines.
All repaired gauges will be delivered back to you in perfect technical and optical condition. We are able to repair Bourdon tube pressure gauges as well as Diaphragm seal pressure gauges and test pressure gauges and very often you’ll be able to save 50% or more compared to a new gauge. Our Pressure Gauge repair service will be able to do new calibration for you and we can also offer you a detailed calibration report with a 10-point certificate.
