Deloro Wear Solutions is a global specialist in metallic wear, corrosion and high-temperature protection for critical components operating under extreme conditions.

Deloro Wear Solutions provides high-performance materials, components and engineering solutions for critical oil & gas and energy applications where wear, corrosion, pressure and extreme temperatures occur simultaneously.
Our portfolio includes cobalt-, nickel- and iron-based alloys, welding consumables in the form of powders, wires, rods and electrodes, as well as customised, ready-to-install wear- and corrosion-resistant components. Our capabilities range from material selection and engineering to casting, hardfacing, machining and final component manufacturing. We also develop customised PTA welding systems for precise and reproducible hardfacing and cladding applications.
Our solutions are proven across the oil & gas value chain – from pump components exposed to abrasive media and aggressive environments in upstream applications, to valve and flow-control solutions for high-pressure and corrosive midstream systems, through to components operating under demanding temperature, wear and reliability requirements in downstream processes.
