As a full-range manufacturer, WALTHER-PRÄZISION offers an extensive and innovative product programme for quick connection solutions in over 500,000 variants with its quick coupling systems made of stainless steel, brass, aluminium, steel, and plastic. The right quick coupling system for every application: pneumatics, water or oil hydraulics, fluids, all gases, hydrogen, optical and electrical signals as well as power current.
Mono-Couplings
With quick couplings (mono-couplings), the repeated connection and disconnection of individual fluid or electric lines is fast and reliable without the need for additional tools. In addition to our wide range of standard quick couplings with a variety of materials and sealing qualities, we also offer customised solutions to our customers.
In contrast to multi-couplings, mono-couplings connect only one line, each. They also consist of two connection parts: the coupling and the adapter, or female and male. Quick couplings enable the fast connection and disconnection of lines that supply machines and equipment with electricity, liquid or gaseous media. As a result, they ensure the reliable and secure connection and exchange of modules, systems and aggregates in different industries.
Multi-Couplings
As a manufacturer of manually operated multi-coupling systems, WALTHER-PRÄZISION develops and produces quick coupling systems that can simultaneously and repeatedly connect or disconnect a larger number of fluid and electric lines safely and quickly. Due to the fixed arrangement of the individual quick coupling elements on the carrier plates, connection mistakes are reliably eliminated.
Docking and Tool Changing Systems
Docking systems are automatic multi-coupling / multi-coupling systems that can be perfectly integrated into controlled sequences and processes. Using built-in sensors, a docking system can provide a higher-level control system with precise data on the respective position or status of its coupling halves.
Tool changers for industrial robots are automatic multi-couplings which are perfectly adapted to the demands of modern industrial robots and highly efficient manufacturing cells. Industrial robots, equipped with tool changing systems are able to perform different tasks without manual set-up times or to guarantee highest process safety with redundant tool concept.
