RSP is an owner-managed specialist for fan- and vacuum-based suction systems and suction excavators with over 700 employees and headquarters in Saalfeld, Thuringia. Its core competence is the manufacture of stationary and mobile systems for non-destructive material transport using air flow. Support for the more than 3,600 units sold is provided by an international sales and service organisation.

Standard or customised, we can do both. This is based on powerful 3D design with experienced employees. In addition to standard models, we offer our customers a range of special designs for very specific applications. Even individual solutions are quickly implemented by our experienced employees.

WE BUILD EXTREMELY ROBUST.
Our products impress with their long service life. This is based on the selection of high-quality materials and material thicknesses. In steel construction, all important components are assembled on the carrier chassis, aligned and bearing points drilled before painting. As part of a shell inspection, every customer has the opportunity to influence the specific design of their machine.

WE BRING COLOUR TO YOU.
After sandblasting, the metal surfaces are degreased before being painted with 2-component paint in the colour requested by the customer. In addition to gloss finishes, we are also able to offer a special high-strength construction machine paint finish.

WE TRAIN YOU.
The handover of the machines to customers and training measures take place in our in-house delivery centre. Here, customers can take delivery of the equipment in a relaxed atmosphere. Being in close proximity to our customers is particularly important to us. It continues to shape our company's philosophy to this day. Our goal is to work closely with our business partners.

WE GUARANTEE QUALITY.
We pay attention to high-quality components right from the selection of our suppliers. Regular quality controls are carried out between the individual production stages. After completion, each individual machine is checked by an internal and an external quality control system. All these measures contribute to meeting our high quality standards.

WE MANUFACTURE CLEANLY.
We attach great importance to the strict separation of work areas with a lot of dirt and a clean final assembly area. Because that is the basis for high quality. The machines are manufactured in a modern and safe working environment at four final assembly stations. Special workstations for hydraulics and electrics ensure a smooth workflow. We deliberately rely on mixed teams of young and old. Each team is responsible for the final assembly of the assigned machine. All production steps and components are electronically recorded and archived.

WE STAND FOR SERVICE.
When purchasing your suction excavator, you made a conscious decision to choose very high quality. We are also there for you after delivery of the machine and offer you comprehensive service in the high quality you have come to expect. Our powerful service team and our trained external partners are the basis for short response times.
