HULC - The smart way of hydrogen compression
The Maximator HULC Series is a modular Gas Compression System, specifically designed for Hydrogen compression up to 1,050 bar with scaleable volume flow. In addition to innovative technologies such as the new Nitrogen Flow Purge purging process or our Flex Drive efficiency booster, the HULC series is particularly impressive due to its modularity in a wide range of hydrogen compression applications.
X-Tower and Gas Filling System - high efficient hydrogen compressor systems up to 900 bar
The Maximator X-TOWER is a modular Gas Compression System, specifically designed for Hydrogen compression up to 900 bar with scalable volume flow. The X-TOWER is designed for integration in existing systems and is covering nearly all requirements for efficient gas compression.
The Maximator GFS / GFX Series Systems are standalone Gas Filling Systems for small scale hydrogen applications. We designed the GFS product line especially for customers who need an “all in one” solution with a small foot print for hydrogen compression.
Air driven high-pressure pumps for up to 5,500 bar
The compact, low-cost MAXIMATOR High-pressure Pumps are driven by air or noble gas pressures between 1 bar and 10 bar. There are numerous potential applications for MAXIMATOR Pumps in machine engineering, oil and gas industries, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, defence, mining and the construction industry as well as in aviation and aeronautics.
Valves, Fittings & Tubings
The MAXIMATOR valves, fittings and tubing are suitable for different media and operating pressures up to 10,500 bar.
Gas Boosters - air driven high-pressure gas booster for up to 2,400 bar
The MAXIMATOR high pressure boosters are suitable for the oil free compression of gases and air. Industrial gases like Argon, Helium, Hydrogen and Nitrogen can be compressed to operating pressures of 2,100 bar (30,000 psi), Oxygen to 350 bar (5,075 psi).
Liquid and Gas Power Packs
Compressed air driven power packs from Maximator are the perfect tool for mobile high pressure generation. These compact power packs made of stainless steel generate a pressure of up to 4.000 bar with liquids and up to 2.100 bar with gases.
